Our Approach to Physical Literacy…
The uniqueness of our programs is that we teach effective and safe biomechanical strategies in a context of physical literacy. We pride ourselves in using very specific cues to teach children how to generate force, how to absorb shock, and how to protect their musculo-skeletal system against injury (e.g. muscles and joints) when doing dynamic activities.
Our goal is to develop a strong foundation for basic movement in children so are more coachable when participating in sports and physical activity.
