2026 Ontario Championships
All nine of our teams proudly represented the club this past week and a half at the Enercare Centre during the Ontario Volleyball Championships. Competing against top talent from across the province, our athletes showcased resilience, growth, and outstanding teamwork from start to finish. We’re especially proud to celebrate two podium finishes - 13U Motion Blaze earning silver in D2T1, and 14U Speed taking silver in D3T1. We also had several strong performances across divisions, showing they can compete with strong teams. Our 14UB Power and 15UB Impulse teams both finishing 5th in D1T1, while our 13UB Motion Surge placing 9th in D1T1. The 16UG Momentum team picked up a pool play win over the eventual D2T1 champions to finish 5th after a close three-set playoff match. The 15UG Gravity team upset the second seed in D3T1 to reach quarterfinals, while 15UG Vector pushed the top seed to three sets in a tight match. Inertia finished 13th in the province rounding up a solid season with plenty of lessons to carry into what comes next. Next up, our 14U Boys Power and 15U Boys Impulse teams head to Nationals in Mississauga this May. We’re excited to see them keep building and welcome anyone who can come out to cheer them on.
