About This Program

Our Summer Conditioning Program is designed to help athletes build strength, speed, and resilience heading into the season. Each program is custom-tailored to the individual athlete, with sessions run at a maximum 1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure focused attention. The program also includes two biomechanical assessments using Dr. Elizabeth Salas' proprietary app to track movement quality and progress.
