Spring & Summer Programs

Beach Volleyball Camps
Half-day and full-day camps for athletes aged 10-16, combining skill development, gameplay, and fun on the sand.

Beach Elite Athlete Development (B.E.A.D.)
High-level beach training with OVA Beach Tour competition, tactical coaching, and online strategy sessions.

Summer Conditioning
Custom-tailored strength and speed training with a max 1:6 ratio, plus two biomechanical assessments.

Summer Indoor Program
Train, compete, and grow throughout the summer with sessions focused on skill refinement and game understanding.

Open Gyms
Low-pressure sessions to scrimmage, develop skills, and connect with coaches in a relaxed environment.
Year-Round Programs

Kinetika Rep Volleyball Program
September through April competitive rep volleyball with OVA indoor tournaments, three practices weekly for 13U and older, and coaching from international, professional, and varsity backgrounds. Athletes join through annual tryouts each September.
Registration ClosedSkills-Specific Sessions
Position-specific coaching to fine-tune skills, improve decision-making, and build on-court confidence.

Semi-Private Lessons
Individualized training for current athletes with a max 1:6 ratio, detailed coaching, and immediate feedback.

Skills Mechanics Program
Foundational and intermediate volleyball mechanics for athletes in grades 2-6, offered at two levels.
